Join me for a relaxed, intimate Valentine’s cake decorating experience, hosted in the beautiful cellar space at Fairlawn House in Amesbury.

Everything is prepared in advance so you can fully enjoy the creative process — no baking stress, no rushing — just time to create something beautiful in a calm, welcoming setting.

This experience has been intentionally designed for a small group and is guided step by step throughout.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll decorate your own 6” heart-shaped cake using vintage-inspired Lambeth piping techniques, finished with elegant ribbon and Valentine details.

Your cake will be pre-baked, filled and crumb-coated, ready for you to apply the final coat and decoration — allowing us to focus on styling, piping and enjoying the process.

You’ll be welcomed with a drink on arrival and will take your finished cake home beautifully boxed at the end of the session.

What’s Included

  • 6” heart-shaped, 2-layer vanilla sponge cake

  • Cake pre-filled with strawberry conserve and vanilla buttercream, crumb-coated, and ready to decorate

  • Buttercream and a curated colour palette

  • Guided Lambeth-style piping techniques

  • Ribbon and Valentine finishing touches

  • Welcome drink on arrival (prosecco or elderflower presse)

  • Cake box to take your creation home

  • Fully hosted 2-hour experience

A limited number of Premium Valentine’s Tickets are available for those wanting to make the experience extra special.

This includes everything above, plus:

  • 6 matching vanilla cupcakes to decorate using your remaining buttercream

  • A mini Valentine’s cake charm to finish your cake

  • Time: 2–4pm (arrival from 1:45pm for a welcome drink)

  • Group size: Limited to just 6 guests

  • Experience level: No experience needed — full guidance provided

For this first event, cakes will be provided as a standard vanilla sponge to keep the experience consistent and enjoyable for everyone.
